David has extensive, hands-on experience in various senior-level government roles and has long been a stalwart fighter for substantive reform of our governing infrastructure. He has supported Universal Healthcare for decades and supports programs that actually help those in need rather than those who are already exceptionally wealthy. His work as part of USAID is a testament to his love of democracy and his deep commitment to always fighting to improve the lives of others both here at home and abroad.
